Employee Benefits

Our employees’ health and well-being is a fundamental concern to TATE, Incorporated, therefore, we have designed our benefits package to exceed industry norms and provide our employees and their dependents with exceptionally competitive and comprehensive benefits.  All full-time employees are eligible for the benefits below:

Paid Time Off (PTO) : Three (3) weeks per year for full-time employees, increases to four (4) weeks after three years of service.

Holidays : Ten paid national holidays each year.

401(k) Plan : Employees are eligible to participate in the plan on their first day with TATE; employee deferrals are allowed to the maximum IRS limit; generous company contribution for eligible employees; plan accepts qualified rollovers.

Healthcare
: United Healthcare or a Medical Plan Opt-Out Payment (MPO); new employees are eligible on their first day of employment (hire date) with the company.

Dental Insurance
: The Guardian (PPO); new employees are eligible the first day of the month following their hire date.

Short-Term Disability : Available through a partnership with AFLAC.

Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance : Company-paid $50,000 benefit.

Voluntary Life and AD&D
: Additional coverage available to full-time employees, including spouse and dependent coverage.

Transportation Benefit:  Company pays up to $120.00 per month for employees who utilize public transportation and/or qualified car/van pools to commute to and from work.  

Flexible Spending Accounts for Health and Dependent Care: Available through a partnership with AFLAC. 

Employee Assistance Program (EAP):  Free benefit for employees, spouses, dependents and other household members.

Health Advocate Program:  Free benefit for employees to assist them with navigating any health/medical care related issues.
